Had +ANA 1:80 Homogenous w/ ds DNA double normal limit. Then ss DNA high 2nd test. Fatigued.. Ideas?

I need help with what is going on. I have had so many test run. Scans, blood work, doc appts. I had a +ANA and positive DS DNA. Then on a 2nd test one month later the ds DNA was back in normal range but the ss DNA was way high. I am fatigued all the time! Constantly sick with HSV breakouts and sinus infections. Has anyone experienced this. I am headed to a 2nd Rheumy for a 2nd opinion as my first Rheumy says Fibro and my doctor says Lupus. Any thoughts would be appreciated :)
