What cause high body temp, no sweating. Numbness, hearing loss and bright lights?

I recently turned 50, I have been diagnosed with hypothyroidism and hashimoto. I've been tested for arthritis and lupus 3 times, the results were negative. I constantly have the feeling of being stuck with neddles at the bottom of my feet, numbness in my legs a long with leg swelling. Yesterday I stepped out into the sun for 5 minutes, one minute later my body temperature was hot to the touch, arms and legs grow weak and I could hear the pulse in my head. It took 3 hours for my body to show signs of cooling down. My arms and legs to work. My previous specialist stated he doesn't know what is causing the swelling but that by the time they figure it out I will be dead. I am now seeing a endo who has put me on a gluten free diet, she thinks I am allergic to gluten. Test results pending. When I over heat I don't sweat, the first time it happened it took 4 hrs for my body to cool off, again my arms and legs were weak. I layed slumped across a table with bags of ice on my neck the entire time. I refuse to believe no doctor have had a patient with these symptoms. I refuse to give up, if anyone can offer other testing suggestions to provide my doctor would be greatly appreciated. I am desperate.
