I became aware of the imbalance in June 2015 though believe it started as early as Jan 2015. It was occasionally and not too bad so I mentioned it during my routine physical in Aug. Due to a focus on other issues, it didn't get much attention. By Nov 2015 it was bad enough that I made an appt with my GP. In Jan 2016 I started a series of appts with different specialists and had many tests including 3 MRIs. Neurologists, endocrinologist, hematologist, sleep specialist, ENT, etc. So far no one has diagnosed why I have this symptom and it is getting progressively worse. I used to only feel it while walking. Then it became hard to 'free stand', I feel very unsteady. I hold onto the wall in the shower or anytime I need to bend down so I don't fall over. I can feel my feet constantly adjusting to control my balance. I will not climb a ladder anymore and don't like going down stairs. I am also now feeling it while sitting which I had not felt back in Jan. If I continue to let it go I fear losing my ability to drive. MRIs, Ultrasounds, Balance Study (not an ENT issue), EMG, blood work, thyroid check, etc etc etc. They have said it is not MS, not Lyme, not cancer, no tumors, etc. Where can I go to get a diagnosis? I am willing to fly somewhere to find the right center or group of doctors who can answer why I have this issue and how to stop it or even better reverse it.
