Severe itchiness all over, no rash, yearly at late fall, worsens at night?

So basically, every year in November until end of December, I get severely itchy. I do have dermatographic urticaria (skin welts easily at slight pressure), but seasonal itching isn't a part of that. It just means when I do itch, I look like I was attacked by a demon. But the issues is that it's all over my body and doesn't stop. It's not dry skin, it's not allergies, I just itch constantly. It tends to get worse at night, especially in my feet. To add to it, on my feet there's tiny little bumps right in my longitude arch (the soft part of my foot) and they get fairly itchy as well. The bumps are tiny and hard, so they aren't blisters or anything, but I've been getting a few on my hands, too. Overall, this is becoming much more than an annoyance. I need help. What is this and how do I make it stop? Lotion doesn't help, cold water doesn't help, hot water doesn't help, and I can't afford Cortizone.
