Itchy skin and E-cigarettes

Since smoking e-cigarettes, I have experienced itchy skin in the most odd places, scalp, one leg (front shin), tummy below navel (very satisfying scratching it). The most irritating is my scalp. I don't have dandruff either. There is no rash or flaky skin or redness. I believe this could be a reaction to propylene glycol, abundant in many creams, hair shampoos and stacks of other things. Never had this experience before. Apparently E-cigs contain an abundance of propylene glycol... anyone else have similar symptoms?
