I have sores that won't heal

I have a sore on my upper back that won't heal. It will scab over if I keep it dry. but after a couple of weeks the scab will fall off and leave an open sore. If I get it wet in the shower, the scab will get soft and peal or wipe off and leave an open sore. If I keep a bandage on it for any length of time the scab will get soft and come off and leave an open sore. Not a lot of blood coming from the sore, will leave some on a tissue when I blot it.
