dark ring circles under rings

I have been wearing gold wedding rings for over 14 years suddenly i have developed dark blue/blackcircles around my fingers under the rings- no pain or redness not itching-please help me diagnose i cant find any info. My rings are not fake and have been checked I have worn them no problem for over 14 yrs..
