Are these cysts or what?

They first appeared as small red dots on my leg (noticed them on Sunday morning), but yesterday morning had developed into those big, very very itchy bumps. What could they be? There's a chance that a bacteria has gotten in to my blood system since I have three small yet open wounds in my left hand, but could they be just very irritated skin glands?
