Hi,
I have been learning to drive for over a month now, im in the UK, and everytime i have to change gears my left shoulder is so painful! and then its painful for a good couple of days, even getting dressed it hurts. My partner says its because im using different muscles when changing gears in the car, but can it hurt for this long. I take little drives everyday. My shoulder especially hurts when i have to change down from third to second gear.
Any advice would be great.
Thanks

I've tried resting my shoulder for a few days but when i go back to driving it starts hurting again within about 10minutes of driving. I passed my test last week so it's annoying i can't go out driving much. Let me know if you find out what it is or find anything that helps!

I've got no solution except drive an automatic or get a well designed car. What a pain!
