Problem with my clitoris when I am trying to do the things that used to be so simple. Please help.

When I try to pleasure myself me clitoris will not become engorged, & I can't come to climax like I used to a year ago. I am still in good health, nothing has changed, other than having had bladder surgery posterior & anterior. That should not have affected my clitoris though should it? Please help! Any suggestions. Also I live alone and do not have regular sex but my body should still function shouldn't it?

I have the opposite problem after multiple bladder surgeries.. I engorge easily and i bleed when i masturbate . Sometimes if i use a vibrator the bleeding lasts a week or more :( I have tried asking the Dr. a million times. if they wrecked something. I think when they cath you they damage you.
