Painful Headache after Masturbation Ejaculation

Hi,

I am 16 years old and yesterday I masturbated and got this horrible headache. Even though I took 2 paracetamol it barely changed the pain.
After managing to get to sleep I woke up and was fine but about half an hour later the headache returned.
I took 2 more Paracetamol and was better the rest of the day.
However when I masturbated approx 24 hours later the headache returned?

Do I need to just abstain for a while or do I have a medical problem?
16yro no other medical problems.
