Pain in testicles, penis and abdomen

A few years ago, I had this condition which felt like a sensitivity/pain in my penis. I went to a Chinese herbalist who gave me an herbal formula which basically fixed the problem in 3 days. Like magic. It was great.

Fast forward a few years, to this past winter. The same problem comes up. I go to the same herbalist but unfortunately, he insists on giving me a different formula, which ends up not helping. I tried three different formulas with him and finally gave up.

Unfortunately, about a month ago, the pain got worse and spread to my testicles and later to my abdomen. But never in two locations at the same time. Either my penis (sometimes on the outside of the head and sometimes internally in the shaft) or one of my testicles or my abdomen would hurt. But never would two areas hurt, not even both testicles at the same time. I also developed what I believe are hemorrhoids and occasionally felt pain in my anus, which may or may not have been related.

It got so bad one night I went to the emergency room. They diagnosed it as epidydimitis and prescribed me some Cipro (anti-biotic) which seemed to help a little bit but not enough to make it go away. Just as my prescription was ending, I went to a urologist who diagnosed it as prostatis and prescribed more Cipro for me, along with an anti-inflammatory.

I hate taking drugs and I've been on both of these for almost a week now and the symptoms haven't gotten any better. It's really bumming me out. I feel like I might have candida or a yeast infection, or possibly a UTI or even some combination of problems.

I'm probably going to go on a totally sugar free diet and maybe go to another Chinese herbalist and/or another urologist. It's a serious downer. Any help or ideas are greatly appreciated.

Peace.
