how do i get Chlamydia when i have only had sex witht he same guy for 12 years?

I just found out today that i was tested positive for Chlamydia. im pregnantwith our second child and with our first child i didnt have it. I dont want him to think that i cheated on him when i havent. he has been the only one ive had sex with. but how did i get it?

I dont want him to think that i cheated on him when i havent. he has been the only one ive had sex with. but how did i get it?i realize that this was posted quite some time ago but i still wanted to led a helping hand. the comment before is definatly not true. i was recently told i have chlamydia and was also told 5 other ways you can get it. 1. a toilet seat 2. not wiping the right way(back to front instead of front to back) 3. anal sex. 4. birds, for example if you have pet birds, they often carry the disease and you could have easily gotten it there. 5. too tight of clothing. if your vagina cant breath well enough the bcateria will build up and you can get it. so although your situation is probably more then over i hope this was helpful
