hi, i have quite a medical history: 30 years ago i had hodgkins disease and was treated with cobalt radiation in the neck and upper chest area. Thirteen years later i underwent double bi pass heart surgery (accelerated by the radiation). Three years after that - I found out I had a high grade sarcoma in my right trapizias muscle. They removed the muscle and gave me 45 doses of radiation! (sarcoma was radiation induced). three years after last radiation I developed a non-healing ulcer on my right shoulder that i had various graft surgeries done on - finally, after 6 years of having an open wound (which i underwent hyperbaric treatment for), the would is not linger open (although it is a very ugly sight so i wear a bandage constantly).

So, after all that , things were looking up until I started to get tingling in my baby finger on right hand and top of next finger and also the side of the palm! I have had these symptoms for 2 years - i have no pain anywhere and am feeling really good otherwise. The other day I had an MRI and there is no recurrance of the cancer (thank g-d), but they are still reading the pictures to see about nerve damage or disease.
The tingling and numbness is there all the time and becomes very painful at times and seems to be accelerated during PMS.

This is very depressing to me as i work with my hands and I have lost a lot of strength in my hand as well.

Thanks for listening.....
