Not sure if this posted already..I'm new to this, but I sprained my ankle about 2 weeks ago, went to the doc, got x-rays, crutches, stayed off it for a full week, light weight during week 2....BUT...I'm still having pain, now going up into my calf..I have some dark, heavy bruising around the outer base of my heel...Shouldn't this be improving by now?
