Why do my heart and head hurt when I move my eyes?

Please help, I am 13, healthy, and have not had any recent big injuries or surgeries. Whenever I move my eyes too far in any direction, my heart begins to pound and increase in rate as if I had had a dose of adrenaline. If I keep my eyes like this for too long, I get a headache. I assumed that it was caused by too little eye usage, so the other night, I kept my eyes like this on purpose for about five minutes, and just ignored the pain, but after those five minuets, it hurts so much, I felt nauseous. This is worrying me, and I don’t know what to do.

  • Just wondering, are you dead yet? This doesn't seem like a very good sign if your heart hurts like this.. Are suffering from depression? I'm a therapist who can help. If you're stilll alive.. awks,:mad::confused::rolleyes:
