My little son is very prone to viral infections; he is only 4 years of age. Very often he ends up with colds, sore throat…..sometimes he gets vomiting too. These symptoms are very often….I keep on giving him all types of medicines but to no avail. The doctor was saying that most children with viral infections get better without any treatment so he is not taking it seriously. Moreover, he has banned me giving him aspirin so, I don’t know what medicine I should give him. I have heard that to fight back viral infection proteins are very important….I have found a medicine called avonex on page http://www.drugdelivery.ca/s3142-s-AVONEX.aspx which consists of protein that replaces the protein that are produced in response to viral infection….sometimes our body is not capable of producing this protein these types of medicines are used. Should I give this to my son?Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
