VAGINAL RASH please HELP!! im young dnt wanna giv it to my b-frend!!!!!!

ok, I've been getting very itchy on my vaginal area and, as a result, i have red blotchy-looking patches on my skin (rash i guess). Not only that, but my dishcharge has been creamy and has a stronger odor to it. After i itch the area it also gets swolen for a little bit. It is also in my anal area now. I have no clue whats going on, but it's embarrasing and if it's an std i DO NOT want to give it to my boyfriend!!

I have also been very nauseus for awhile.
