I am a 24 yr old male, overweight, sometimes eating healthy. Last month, i had this weird sensation on my arms (tingling/jittery feeling) sometimes and then goes away for a bit then comes back, headaches on the left side, and at some times, dizzyness and the feeling of fainting, & shortness of breath. also i would sweat profusely at night when it was not even hot. i smoke moderately. so i ignored all the feelings because i thought i was not getting enough sleep.

well last week, i was kind of getting that feeling again. not only that but it also included chest pain, the dizzyness, shortness of breath, weird dull feeling on my back on the edge of my shoulder blade. and also may i add i had a weird feeling on my neck like someone choking me, and sometimes i have a feeling that i have to burp and when i do i usually gag a little bit and spit it out.

and last thursday, i went to the ER because the chest pain getting bad, and i was heaving a hard time feeling. good thing the ER was not busy and they put me on a EKG test in which results turned out to be normal, and a chest x-ray which turned out normal. the doctor ruled out that i was having musculoskeletal chest pain. so he gave me IBUPROFEN 800MG.

its been half a week and i still have a hard time taking deep breaths, getting that pressure on my neck as if someone is choking me and i have to burp but just end up gagging and spitting it out, and mild chest pain.

im really worried and im going to schedule an appt with my doctor first thing tomorrow.

could it be AORTIC DISSECTION?? im really worried because im at such a young age still
