Mysterious mouth rash...

Question

I have had these white dot like rash (painless) on the cheek area of my mouth (both sides) as shown in the picture. I dont know what this rash is i have never had it before, the only thing i can think of is it is the reaction to drinking a large number of hot drinks (tea & coffee).

I have had this for about 2 weeks. I dont know if this is relevent but i am using beconase nasal spray for a constant blocked nose.

Hope you can help, this problem is bugging me :mad:

Oral thrush or Candidadiasis ?

This is a steroid, and yes, using steroids may cause oral thrush.
