For 2 days I have been having sever chest pain right in the center of my chest. I have taken zantac, prolesec, and gasx. Nothing relieves the pain. I now have a swollen (slightly) throat, almost feels like something is stuck but I can eat and have no problems swallowing. In the beginning, I couldn't eat without hurting in my chest really bad. Any idea what could be wrong?
