Unhealthy nails is a signal for more serious health problems...been to many health care professionals without answers...looking at vitamin/mineral deficiencies...need feedback from a similiar person who has answers...maybe pernicious anemia? Appreciate any responses out there...thanks!

  • Have you considered fructose intolerence? Similar to lactose intolerence, but in this case, the body responds to fructose ingestion. You might have flatulence/gas, but it also shows up as ridges and flaking on the fingernails. Try Googling it. Good luck.

Start doing nutritionals and eat more nutritious foods and see if that helps.
