Elevated noradrenaline in urine

Question

I am 57 yrs old female, diagnose with hypertension. Trying to find root cause of the hypertension.
Request a 24 urine catecholamine to determine presence of phaeochromocytoma - growth in adrenal gland.

Test result -
Aldosterone 363 pmol/L (Range 100-950)
Plasma Renin 92 mU/L (Range 3.3-41) High
Creatine Exc. 7.9 ( Range 5-16)
Adrenaline Excr. 41 (Range 0-80)
Noradrenaline Exce. 557 ( Range 100-420) High

More test for plasma metanephrine and in 24hr urine.

Appreciate any advice. Should I go for MRI or CAT scan ??
