Can this be anemia??

Question

I have had anemia in the past but its been at least 10 years since my last sign of it. Over the last 6 months I have been very tired, had a loss of energy and I just dont feel right. The last 2 months I have been bleeding between my menstrual cycles. Im not sure if this could be related. My fingernails are turning white and I am always cold. Please help if you have any suggestions. Im mostly concerned about my irregular bleeding since this is very uncommon for me since I am on birth control.
PLEASE HELP.

Any irregular bleeding should be taken seriously.The question is not if you're anemic but why you have the symptoms you do.Go to a doctor.
