Affliction of infection,pls help!

Question

Its been pain in the arm, thighs, body weakness and twitches all over the muscles.Loss of weight too is really a question. Gone for so many tests but not revealin yet the infection advances rapidly.
More frequent hunger pranks and i soon vsit the toilet to either pee or pass excreta not long after eatin.
So much noises and seemin movement in my bowels coupled with gaseous feelings . I'm wearied. Please help.
