Kinda scared...lower ab distention..back pain...brown spotting...

Okay...maybe someone here has some idea or has gone through what I am.
First off, I am married, 29 y/o, 1 healthy 7 y/o child, not on birth control and have never been, had cervical dysplasia last March and had a LEEP...and again this March and had Cryosomething.
For years I have had pretty intense pain with sex and sometimes bleeding afterward. Last October I had a pelvic CT and it showed my ovaries were both enlarged. I had a vaginal ultrasound that found a cyst on my right one. Okay...thats some of my past.
Now.......
I had a period from 8/16 to 8/24 then I started spotting brown on 9/2 and I still am(on 9/10). I have been having low back pain and my lower abdominal area is distended..and sometimes the right side is more distended than the other. I have taken 3 pregnancy test and all have been negative. I have an appointment this Thursday to see my GYN...but I am afraid that he might not be taking me serious...or ..I don't know..I'm just worried right now.
ANY IDEAS?
