  • it's not feces you have to worry about, but the bacteria such as enterococus spec. or escherichia coli, since requires persistant and difficult treatment. There's little to be done now, you could only get tested your vaginal discharge in a while.

  • Get a strong salt solution and wash out your vagina. Then give it a good flush out with boiled water that is still warm or body temp. after this get plain yogurt and mix it with honey (the honey must not have been kept in the fridge or it would have lost its bacteria killing properties due to the cold) so buy some new stuff and pack your virgina with it and leave it there for the day.Second, stay away from anal sex. The body isn't designed for it and is a fantastic way of transmiting disease and infection.Agape,searchingsam.

I ask because that is the strangest cleansing advice I have ever heard, and I really hope she isn't doing that to herself. Strong salt- are you crazy? If she has small tears in the canal it would be excruciating! I would have recommended doing nothing and wait to see if there is a bacterial infection. Natural vaginal discharge should cleanse out the bad bacteria, and if this one accident did cause an infection it can be treated easily at the Dr office. Many women get these infections for different reasons- it is no big deal. I am not a medical professional- I know from experience. Internet research on medical site will also confirm. People's choices in intercourse are personal preferences. Anal does spread disease and infection- that is why you use a condom.

  • I would agree wait for an infection to come. Who knows maybe you won't get one. I've always wanted to try anal sex but have been to scared. I've heard it's painful.

During vigorous (or clumsy) anal intercourse, the condom can easily make accidental contact with the vaginal area, thereby transferring pathological organisms picked up by the condom during anal penetration.
