yellow patches over eyes

Few months back i got yellow patches over my eye surface without any other symptoms. when consulted, doctor said was a infection and gave eyedrops because of which it gone.

But for 2 weeks i see again the same yellow patches over my eye surface. a week later i had severe headache on sides and then fever.

what could be the cause? suggest pl. 32, Male.

Together i can see red veins and eye whitening symptom.what could be the cause? suggest pl. 32, Male.Yellow patches are usually Pinguecula....are they slightly raised like, bumpy and not smooth like the rest of the white part of your eye?
