First of all I am tired all the time. Actually, exhausted. I took off work to try to rest and that did nothing. I can not lose around 15 lbs. I just started noticing that when I did not feel well and took my temp it was 96.8-97.3, In the morning. By the end of the day I am up over 99. I am VERY irritable. Definately not myself. I live a very stressful life. I have some signs of Wilsons, but my temperature goes up during the day, up to normal and then higher. I also have many bowel movements, some are normal and then some are like water. I had my bloodwork done and it was all normal, no surprise. Any help would be great

I went to Dr. Rind.com and this is what I found.

Are My Metabolic Energy Problems Due to Low Adrenal or Thyroid Function? You’re worn down, you have trouble sleeping, you have weight problems, you have a hard time remembering things or focusing, you can’t seem to stay warm. The diagnosis for many of these symptoms is low metabolic energy, the cause in many cases is either adrenal fatigue or low thyroid function. Yes, these are two rather different issues. The adrenals help us manage stress and maintain stability, while the thyroid turns on energy product. There are unique signs and symptoms that correspond to the dysfunction in each. The Metabolic Scorecard™ provides valuable insight at a glance as to whether low thyroid and/or adrenal function may be the cause of your signs and symptoms.
