I have an issue, I am a male, father of 3 and happily married. We recently came from over seas and had a few aches in my stomach, I believe it could have been something I ate. It lasted for about 3 days. My wife advised me to take an Ex-Lax to help with the removal of the content in my stomach. I took this before I went to sleep, the following day I decided to go to the bathroom but not cause i needed to but to help speed the process, so I thought, but since I did not need to go yet, I was forcing myself. I forced myself so much after I was done I had forced a lump out the size of a kidney bean. I am 37 years old and had never had any type of problems like this ever.
can someone advise what I should do. What this is. There is no pain, only slightly if I push it back in. this lump is besides the anus, is like is blowing one of the sides of its edges. It does not bother when i walk or run and It does not itch either.

  • You probably have an internal hemmorhoid that came out of your rectum because you were straining too hard. You should never strain to have a bowel movement. It can have a very bad effect such if you have high blood pressure it might cause an anerysm or bleeding. It will probably go away or stay about the same but you really should make sure that it is something like a hemmorhoid and see your doctor and no treatment will be needed except to remember to go when your bowels say its time. The doc will tell you to eat more fiber. Good Luck
