We have a brother with Brain Cancer. The doctor said the tumor is big and is not good. The tumor is located in the mid and left side of the brain. My brother was prepare for a surgery but some hour before, he start with convulsions and he get in coma for 5 days now. I want to know how long he can stay in coma and what we can do with him and what we can expect from this situation. My brother is in a hospital in Colombia. Yesterday he start to retain liquids. Doctor said he can not treat the tumor in this condition, Is this true?
It's any treatment available in his condition? Can the doctor apply quimoterapy to the the tumor. He's only 50 years old with a big family.
Where can I find more information about it?
