brain cancer?

OK, so ever since ive dipped into some drugs last year, ive been experiencing different things happening ;
-Disorentation
-peronality changes
-dizzyness
-chronic fatiuge
-memory problems
-chronic anxiety
-Depression
-Blurry eye sight
The first thing I did was go to a psychiatrist. He gave me an MRI and a cat-scan and they found nothing. So he diagnosed me with depression with psyhcotic episodes. I have succsessfully overcome that , and now im experiencing the same sympoms as before. Except this time im very very dizzy. And having a very hard time thinking.
I was wondering if there is a possiability that i could have brain cancer and they didn't find it?
or maybe something more to do with nero-pschology , im not really sure...
