Extremely high WBC but this raise is only from elevated neutrophils.

I have extremely high counts of neutrophils. My platelets are good and all other types of white blood counts are good (ex. Basophils). My overall White blood count is extremely high and I developed alopecia. I am the only person to have an autoimmune disorder in my family. My T3 and T4 were normal but I had massive amounts of thyroid per oxidase antibodies. I've had issues since puberty and since being put on methotrexate and birth control I've noticed an incredible improvement in my health. While this is wonderful my Dr. has not tied these issues together. I have an issue with temperature also. It ranges anywhere from 95.6 to 100.4 in a week. I have not currently seen any pattern to this fluctuation.. Since taking methotrexate my upper respiratory system feels like it's opened up and my nose doesn't feel like its swollen inside. These are good improvements but I would like a diagnosis... Something permanent and something I can understand and truly manage correctly. Anyone have anything like this?
