I have been ill over Xmas-started with my joints being so painful I could hardly move, a rash mainly on arms ,hands and chest, sweats at night-though no high temperature surprisingly, insomnia, fatigue-the doctor gave me antibiotics for a urine infection but I am convinced she's wrong. Now although much better I still keep having the same rash and have terrible pain in my left wrist joint mainly and slightly in other joints but not swelling plus have noticed a sore lump in my throat when I swallow. I am a single mum with kids so need to feel better although over Xmas I had to have help with the kids for over a week but now managing just. Can anyone help me as concerned something serious is wrong as never had this before.

  • I've been taking time released magnesium supplements and my leg pain disappeared. Also taking a joint support supplement. We are what we eat, or don't eat. A really good 7 day cleanse product is called The Cleaner. Feel better.

  • Get checked for tick borne diseases. Our daughter had one (although they couldn't tell which one) and she had a rash that went away then returned and wouldn't go away, then horrible joint pain. They put her on antibiotics and all was well after that. However from all I've read your symptoms match up with other peoples symptoms. Btw my daughter never had a specific area that indicated she was bitten, no "bullseye" and we never saw a tick on her at all (she was 2 at the time so I definitely would've seen it as I bathe her every day)

  • Try asking to get tested for Celiacs Disease. That or Gluten Sensitivity could cause joint problems and/or rashes. It can cause systemic problems. Best wishes for a solution.

  • You need to get some labs done, a rash could be from allergic reaction to something, try changing laundry detergents like I hypoallergenic laundry detergent don't use any fabric softeners or dryer sheets, take some benadryl if you haven't already, your body is fighting infection or a chemical that you were exposed to allergic reactions can cause joint stiffness and pain and rashes
