    Does Arthritis pain suddenly increase? My mother suffers from Rheumatoid Arthritis but for the last couple of months she has undergone extreme pain, she is not able to walk and sit for more than 10 minutes. Why is it so?     thought of sharing this bit of info i found the the site that i follow for arthritis (myphield.com) i read and quiet believe that inspite of the painful knee n stuff...you should keep exercising. Minor physical activity also helps a lot.... Drink more water... drink a minimum of 2 litres of water...
