old injury new pain

Okay I broke just above my elbow in 1991. (about 1/8 of an inch above the joint.) now, without any know injury I am having extreme pain either in the joint or just below it. I have bruising and a nice lump on the outside of the arm. The pain is most intense when the arm is turned so that the bones cross. When turned so that they do not cross the pain is almost none existant.

Any help?
