Following brain surgery for a stroke in December my recovery went very well except for a tracheotomy that was left in place for ten weeks. As I recover I have started to throw up once or twice a day and nether doctors or nurses seem to know what to do to stop it. The throwing up seems to occur when my medicines are given crushed in apple sauce too close to, or at the same time as my food. I have yet to pass the swallowing test. Help I don't know where to turn!Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
