Rarely, about once every 2 to 3 months or so, I will start to get a little blind spot in my eye. This blind spot grows until it has covered the very edge of the right side of my vision. It's not just blurry, though. It seems almost static, reminding me of a static TV screen. This occurs for maybe a half hour to an hour, and then fades away, leaving me with an intense, almost explosive headache.
I've been trying to figure out what this might be. I heard it might be a migraine with aura or maybe hemianopsia, but I want to know for sure. This first started happening about 2 years ago and from what I have discovered it mainly happens when I use a computer (although I am normally fine using computers and I have had this happen without using a computer at all), so maybe this is linked to it. It might be some form of eye strain... What do you think it might be?
