I never had any leg issues until about 26 yrs. old. It all came crashing down at once. I couldn't even go get gas without being so embarrassed because my legs started shaking uncontrollably in line. I use to stand in the church choir and sing in front of everyone. Now I am afraid to even to go church to stand while the congregation sings. I can't even go to the grocery. It seems to get worse in public. At home it's hardly noticeable. But it's my legs, mostly hips that shake... I am on Propranlol 160MG, Xanax .25,(just the little white one).. nothing helps except alcohol. They told me it was essential tremor. I don't have it in my family. I also have thyroid problems and infertility. My shaking (especially legs)get worse if my thyroid levels are off. I NEVER had to deal with this when I was younger. Misdiagnosis?? I had an MRI in my brain to rule out MS. Also had MRI in my spine to rule out a tumor. PLEASE HELP!! I want my life back.Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
