To get started what i think might of caused this. I am Male 22yrs.

It was a Tuesday with a new sex partner, I used condom, but did oral vaginal ( that is scaring me now ). On Thursday it seemed like i was getting a cold, on Friday it was hurting, I went to the doctor told them what happen they tested me for Gonorrhea, strep, and they have all came back negative. Saturday still hurting, Sunday the pain went away but my tonsils are still swollen so i went back again, doctor thought maybe allergies. I wasn't happy with what that doctor had said. I went back again it was tuesday or wesnday that doctor did a rapid strep test which was negative again, culture test ( waiting for result) and mono test which was negative. I am extremely worried. After the doctor i didn't really pay attention, but with my sore throat, i cough a little, and my stool is green. It has been one week and my tonsils are still swollen haven't gone down, not really much pain. The last doctor gave me some antibiotic which i am in the process of still taking them on my 2nd day with them. Also my tonsils might have white specs but i don't see much white specs around 3 haven't seen any more with this week, also lympnode is swollen, doctor said it felt more squishy like instead of rock hard.

Thank you for the help i am extremely worried.
