I have had 2 EXTREME episodes of swelling in the past month. The 1st about 3 weeks ago, started over the weekend in my feet, legs, belly, hands, arms, face. It seemed to move thru my body. It did go away after 5-6 days. 2 days ago, my hands & arms started swelling again. The left hand is still somewhat swollen. I have also gained 40-45 lbs. My BP has been elevated during the episodes.I am 47, post menopausal. I do not have a high sodium diet. My skin has also broken out in blisters or bumps? Once the swelling has gone down. I do not exercise. I only take CYMBALTA,(depression & nerve pain) OPANA, Dilaudid (herniated disc bone spurs/cervical &disc degeneration, migraines) & Doxepin (sleep).
I'm at a loss! I don't have a clue as to what is wrong. But I know something is & with me, it's probably not simple.
