For about a week now my feet, ankles, hands and wrists have been consistently swollen. The last 2 days I've been having mild/moderate aching, throbbing, pain in my left ankles, right forearm and right upper arm. I'm not pregnant. Sometimes when I'm sleeping I get into such a deep sleep I won't move or barely move at all. I don't know if that has anything to do with it or not. Also I haven't eaten more salt at all my diets pretty normal. I'm starting to get concerned.
