I've been having some obscure issues unfortunately. I've been over-sleeping.
About a month ago I realized I could not eat like I normally do.
I had a really strange acidic attack in my stomach that was up my throat. I woke up once with my throat burning from bile upchuck.
It lasted for 2 weeks. I felt this swishing feeling, I had my gallbladder looked at and it was fine.
So all clear there.
It just.. went away? I mean I altered my eating habits. I now for breakfast have fruit smoothies and that seems to have been helping. I get mild acid feelings here and there but nothing like the full blown attack.
Anyways I've been pretty good for about a month. I've had constant mild headaches though. :(
Then I started feeling wet. My face in particular. My pretty much all of me unfortunately but mainly my face. I waited it out the first day figuring it'd stop. I honestly give up on questioning why my body is so strange and does what it does.
I'm definitely not a hypochondriac, weird stuff just happens to me and I wait it out till I become concerned.
I honestly don't know what's wrong with me.
Should I be concerned that I've been clammy for this long w/out any other obvious symptoms?
These are my obvious ones at the moment:
clammy. Everywhere.
headache.
tired.
dizzy.
off balance.

My sister says she's experiencing similar symptoms so maybe it's a mild sickness that will go away?
Hopefully.
Thank you for reading this, I appreciate the time and effort you put into reading this.

  • I just went though something similar. Turned out to be hormonal imbalance (shocked me too). Check out symptoms with unusually high estrogen and progesterone...maybe start with the "finding the root cause" section of this article: http://www.womentowomen.com/digestive-health/acid-reflux-whats-eating-you/

I've had a lot of weird/undiagnosed health flukes as well, now easy to see why they went undiagnosed - no one ever tested hormones.

  • Here is an article entitled 22 reasons for clammy skin.

Since you have gastrointestinal problems, perhaps your liver is having trouble eliminating a toxin. It could be something you ate that your liver cannot handle. Your liver could be weak, or perhaps it is a gut infection that is generating too many toxins for your liver to handle. I know that I'll get clammy when I've been exposed to a toxin.
