Sometimes my stomach hurts a little while I urinate, and it's only in the front, below the navel. I can massage the area and urinate easier with less pressure or discomfort. It's a slight pain, but I often drink water before going to urinate which helps sometimes. A movement prior to urination helps too.
I'm 70. I'm not overweight and not a real large gut, just average weight for my height. I don't have any other health issues related to this symptom. I could probably drink a little more water. I do drink beer and occasional spirits, not in excess though. I drink cokes and juices, milk only with cereal.
Oh, and the only time my stomach feels slight pain pressure is when I am about to urinate, not before or after, I do go to the bathroom sometimes twice at night, mostly once though. I've never had an operation or surgery for anything.
I thought I might go to Wal-Mart and get something for prostate health, see if that made a diff.
