Having serious stomach bloating, pain in the area of the navel. Having to strain to move bowels. I take a laxative and it takes a 1 1/2 weeks to have on loose bowel movement. I drink a bottle of magnesium citrate and the same thing happens.

Don't understand what's happening. I eat much less and still the same. I refuse to eat anything gassy and still I bloat. I ever use everyday and I continue to put on weight. If anyone knows what's wrong please give me a heads up.
