Am 75, a Veteran, I get numbness in the left shoulder and left-side of my neck at times daily and through the night while sleeping. Started about 3 years ago and has increased in daily frequency now. I usually can stop it by moving my head position. Happens during the day the way I sit, stand, auto driving position and at bed time with head to pillow position.
