In december(2013) I started having this weird spine pain again. It happened last december(2012), lasted awhile, but went away so I didn't think much of it. Every once in a while my spine would hurt that year(2013), but if I slept it off I was fine, but then come the end of the year-december(2013) it returned full force. My whole spine was aching as it did. I had a shooting pain going down it from the top. I also had weird electric like pain spreading out from different spots along it. At one point I had the electric pain across my chest. It was getting to the point that I couldn't sleep at all. Since december(2012) i've also been getting throbbing head aches and become very sensitive to light when they occur, that seems to be connected with the spine pain. So it's been over three months since the recurrence now and though the severity of the pain has decreased, I have bad days and just don't want to get up or move-even though it hurts when I lay still too, just not as bad. Sometimes there is this uncomfortable grinding feeling like rocks are moving up and down my spine. I can't really sit in cars on those days because the vibrating of the car really hurts. My spine is also very sensitive to touch all along it. Just lightly running your finger down it hurts on some moderately good days. Oh, and weird pings of pain. I'll get zapping or electric like pings of pain in random places, like fingers, shoulder, neck, pretty much wherever. Sometimes they hurt and other times there is just a rushing sensation. I randomly get tired, as well. It doesn't take a long day or anything, just the right kind of day and I really need to rest. Sometimes I wake up after nine hours wishing to sleep more.
So in over all this sucks,I'm not dying or anything, just having a bad pain day and still can't see a doc cause I don't have insurance at the time. Tried figuring out what it was online for awhile now, but am at a loss. I know it's not vitamin deficiency cause I've been taking them hoping that that was the problem. Don't have diabetes or hypothyroid cause there would be other symptoms that I don't have. Anyways if anyone knows whats wrong or has any ideas of how to keep the pain at bay just a little they would be very much appreciated!! Thanks a bunch!!
