About 5 years ago I started experiencing, only on the upper part of my thumb, thickening cracking peeling of the skin. It starts with small yellowish spots that if left alone turns to a reddish color; kinda the color of a bruise...I pricked the yellowish spot and its yellowish colored puss...sometime times its itchy! It used to come and go but now its pretty much here all the time. I was going through a pretty tough time when it started so I assumed it was nerve related and I have had hypothyroid disease since 1988...I've tried keeping it moisturized, cortisone cream, etc.. but they didn't work..Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
