Flu shot 1 mo ago in upper inner aspect of rt arm. Since then pain and limited mobility. no relief

As stated above the flu vaccine was not given in the upper outer deltoid. It was given too close to the inner aspect of the upper right arm. Since then I have pain, no swelling. Can't reach back, reach up or in front of my chest without feeling a stabbing pain. I tried ice and take Ibuprofen 600mg 3x a day to no avail. Help
