So this has been happening for over a year now. Well at first, it was just a mild shortness of breath. The first time was after PE but I've consulted two doctors last year and they just prescribed me with pills saying it was just a minor allergy. (I had blood tests last year and the only thing they got out of it was anemia but that was nothing serious too)
And it got worse this year, it's like whenever i'm in a room that has no fan or aircond it felt like I was suffocating. Whenever I'm cooking and faced with smoke I have shortness of breath. Whenever I'm lying down my chest hurts and if I'm carrying something that's a little bit heavy I get shortness of breath too even when I'm climbing a stairs and at some point it also leads to major headache and backache. I also have this aching in my bones (knee pain and my hands aches a little bit too much)
So a week ago I consulted another doctor (that's three now) and he said it was "nothing serious" and prescribed me with vitamins and paracetamol but the vitamins didn't help and my mom seems to be giving up on me because every doctor can't seem to figure out what's wrong and I just need to know because it hurts so much
